From the post title, I thought you were going to say you couldn't walk as far as you used to (but I was projecting my reality>) Beautiful birds, even at a distance.
Hi Gordon, Unfortunately that is often the case as well. You see a beautiful bird and then it appears to be too far away to make beautiful pictures. Last week I saw a heron who had trouble working in an eel but the pictures were all worthless. You can see well that it's spoons :-)
Hi Stewart, I think its all part of the general movement North, possibly started with the Little Egrets and now others are doing the same, Globle warming ?. All the best Gordon.
Hello, I would love to see these White Spoonbills. Awesome! Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your day and weekend!
Hi Gordon. A trip to Leighton can be very frustrating when everything is far from the hides. I find that for a very large bird the Spoonbill is very shy. Hope to find one soon at Conder Green!
Hello!:) Nice set of images! I didn't doubt it for a moment!!:) I clicked on the images to get a better look though!
ReplyDeleteThey look slightly better when enlarged, lol.
