Eagles and Adders

Another day on Mull and we spent it in the company of Bryan Rains and his wild about Mull tours. A terrific day and good wild life.
There was 7 of us on the tour and it was good fun, and he found nearly everything people wanted to see, all that is apart from Otters, He did his best but the critters just didn't want to play.
during the course of the day we got , Great Northern Diver, White-tailed Eagle, Hen Harrier, a pair was seen when they lifted to send off a pair of Golden Eagles. The first were too far away for pics but the Eagles came right over our heads.

Golden Eagle

It was an amazing sight seeing these two great raptors being shown the door by the Harriers.
We saw more Short-eared Owles, but again too far away for my meager lens.

We also saw a variety of smaller birds such as , Redstart, Whinchat, Stonechat, Sedge Warbler. At about 12 we stopped for lunch which was provided, after which a short walk and these were found-----

The least shy of a couple of Adders.
Adder.
Then a after another short drive we stopped to lift some tin sheets up and found these-----

Slow Worms.
Another great day and the weather just got hotter.
